Drive digital transformation in manufacturing as a MES Developer. You'll develop and implement Manufacturing Execution Systems that bridge the gap between enterprise planning and shop floor operations, enabling real-time visibility and control.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop MES applications using modern software development practices
- Integrate MES systems with ERP, PLCs, and other manufacturing systems
- Implement real-time data collection and analysis capabilities
- Develop custom workflows for production tracking and quality management
- Create intuitive user interfaces for shop floor operators and management
- Collaborate with manufacturing engineers to understand process requirements
- Perform system testing, validation, and deployment activities
- Provide technical support and training to end users
- Maintain and enhance existing MES implementations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
- 3-5 years of software development experience, preferably in manufacturing
- Proficiency in C#, .NET, SQL Server, and web technologies
- Experience with MES platforms (Wonderware, Ignition, or similar)
- Understanding of manufacturing processes and shop floor operations
- Knowledge of database design and data modeling principles
- Experience with API development and system integration
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Desired Skills
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and containerization
- Knowledge of industrial communication protocols (OPC-UA, MQTT)
- Familiarity with data analytics and reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau)
- Understanding of cybersecurity principles for industrial systems
- Experience with agile development methodologies
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements (21 CFR Part 11, ISO)
- Experience with mobile application development
- Understanding of lean manufacturing and Six Sigma principles
